Ms. Serena Patterson

Hello everyone!

My name is Serena Patterson, and I am a Red Oak alumni. This is my second year teaching at Red Oak, and I am teaching Practical Writing, Reading 1 & 2, and English 1 & 2 trailer courses. I also coach the freshman volleyball team. I graduated from Red Oak high school in 2018 and attended The  University of Texas at El Paso.I received an athletic scholarship to UTEP and played volleyball from 2018-2023. I graduated  with a B.A. in Multidisciplinary Studies at UTEP.  I am super excited to be back at Red Oak High School and help students succeed academically and athletically! Go Hawks!
