Red Oak ISD offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes employer-paid benefits. The employer-paid benefits are listed below with links to related details.
- The district pays 100% of the premium for your $10,000 basic life insurance that includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage.
- You are eligible if you are an active full-time employee who works at least 15 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis.
- All employees enrolled in the Basic Life and AD&D Insurance coverage also have access to free resources offered through The Hartford.
- Free resources include, but are not limited to, counseling services.
- All eligible employees have free access to telehealth coverage through Recuro Health (new carrier effective 9/1/2024). This telehealth coverage should not be confused with the TRS-ActiveCare Health Plan Teladoc Virtual Health option that will charge a consultation fee.
- Recuro Health is free for employees, their spouse, and/or dependents.
